Our Simple Four Step Process to Fundraising
1. Take a minute to fill out our Fundraising Proposal form, found at the bottom of this page, or reach one of our fundraising specialists by phone at 800-371-1984. We’ll be glad to discuss more details about what's needed for your specific project.
2. Determine how many flash drives you anticipate selling during your fundraiser and what price would be most likely to attract customers. We can deliver fundraising flash drives from 64MB to 64GB, so our range of prices allows for plenty of flexibility when planning your project. Typically, your profit per flash drive will be at least 30%, which can add up quickly. Now there's no need to count quarters by making 50 cents per candy bar!
3. Once your fundraising project is fully planned with your price range in mind, we’ll send you some virtual proofs to ensure your satisfaction with their design. Once you approve the look, we’ll send you all the order forms you'll need to begin your fundraising project as soon as possible.
4. The best part about our fundraising programs is payment isn't required until after the conclusion of your campaign, meaning you can immediately begin taking orders with your pre-printed order forms. All of our order forms have a sample picture of the drives on them, so customers can get a good look at what their drive will look like. You can collect the money from your customers and, once the fundraiser has ended, simply send us the forms. We'll then contact you to finalize the ordering and payment!
5. To date, our largest fundraising project resulted in more than $2000 in profits for a high school booster club in California. Should you top that mark, we will do a feature story on your fundraiser and organization on our website, sharing the details of your campaign in order to help other groups and organizations understand the power of technology-driven fundraising.
