Customized Flash Drives Eggspecially For You

Ugggh. I know. Very unoriginal on the use of “eggspecially”. I think that’s been done longer than there’s been bunnies hopping around Mother Earth. But it was a good fit for this time of year so I’m sticking with it. I could have used Eggabyte or USBunny or Jumping Jack(rabbit) Flash Drive to really “drive” home my occasion-oriented article, but consider yourself spared from ever-so-quirky sense of humor one tends to get in the world of customized flash drives.

It’s been a great journey since the last article. We’ve been blessed with many great new opportunities over the last few weeks. Having been in the industry for several years now, it always amazes me to meet folks that are just now stumbling in to the wonders of promotional usb drives. But that’s the way life is. We tend to forget that we each live in a bubble. In fact, of 6,658,350,174 people on the planet today, the number of computer users is only roughly 650 million or approximately 10% of the world population. And while I was unable to track down the total number of people who own a flash drive today, I’m guessing it’s well into the minority of that 650 million number. Stick with me now. I do have a point. Remember that bubble I said we all tend to live in? Well the point is there are still many (a majority of computer users) people out there who have yet to experience the value a flash drive offers. So combine that “first timer” feeling with usb flash drives with logo, and I’d venture to say that if you’re one of those contemplating customized flash drives made “eggspecially” for you (your brand), then statistics show you are likely to have many happy recipients of those drives.

Let me explain. Companies spend millions and sometimes billions of dollars trying to resonate with consumers. They try to communicate through many forms of advertising why consumers need what’s being advertised or how what’s being advertised can add value to someone’s life, how it can make life better. While much of the money spent on advertising today falls on deaf ears, when that magic moment occurs, when a light bulb goes on in the consumers head and they suddenly realize just how a new product or service can add value to their life, that’s the window of opportunity to drive your brand home.

All that said, based on the aforementioned statistics, chances are if you are going to be distributing promotional usb drives to prospects, you will be inspiring many “magic moments” as for some of the recipients, this will be their first exposure to a flash drive and how a flash drive helps add value to their workday. For others, while they may not be wowed by the functionality of the flash drive, they will still undoubtedly appreciate it. And as most if not all recipients will inevitably find a use for the flash drive on a consistent basis, this is where you can “drive” your brand home. By having imprinted flash drives showcasing your company brand, your company receives repeated, priceless “good vibes” in mind of the consumer.
