- This was not our first flash drive order from the internet but it was our first from CFgear. How glad we are we found you!! We've had trouble with default rates and returning bad drives for working drives. I'm happy to report we don’t even know how your return policy works as we didn’t need to use it! In addition your staff was exceptional and the most educated staff in the industry. They explained AES encryption that we needed, how to utilize ready boost from Microsoft, and at a price that was second to none. About 25% less than your closest competitor. As a company hires new employees, supervisors become responsible for training them on their specific job requirements, as well as rules, regulations, and emergency procedures of the company. Although the new employee may have listened very clearly to your directions, the overload of information often leads to forgotten instructions.

That employee will then do one of two things. They may continue to do their job as they think appropriate (which may not be the correct way) or they will return to you for guidance. If they return for guidance, you can take time out of your day to further help them. However, in a fast paced company, you may not have time. Instead, you could preload all of this information onto a customized flash drive that the employee can access on their own.
